In Foundations I (57 minutes), Christine teaches a classic repertoire of Reformer exercises for beginners. As she guides you through each movement, Christine keeps you focused on breathing, elongation and alignment to make your workout as effective as possible. After the workout, Christine and Marci present a special segment on how to perform each exercise correctly, with detailed explanations, demonstrations, do's and don'ts, and cues and teaching tips for fitness instructors.
