DescriptionA few simple props can transform familiar mat exercises into something new and challenging. Elizabeth Larkam uses a pair of rotator discs (9" or 12" depending on your foot size), a ring and a foam roller to create an inspiring repertoire of mat-plus exercises. She teaches 10 categories of exercises, plus many variations. Some use one prop, some use two or three. For example, you'll do the Roll-Up with discs and ring, then add the roller for extra challenge. Recommended for instructors and advanced home exercisers.
