Description

Kathy Corey’s (West Coast Pilates) dynamic mat workout with the Core Band helps you work from the core and maintain correct alighment. The cotton canvas band with pockets provides resistance to intensify your workout. The Essential program (60 min) offers 27 foundational exercises for head-to-toe strength and flexibility. The Maximum program (90 min) presents 36 advanced exercises, including standing work for balance.
