DescriptionMoving Breath Pilates introduces two Spine Corrector workouts (also known as the Step Barrel) to develop back strength and flexibility while still working your legs. The Fundamentals/Beginner DVD is suitable for all levels, with fundamental and beginner exercises to improve posture, core strength and flexibility. The Intermediate/Advanced DVD challenges you with 58 exercises using more complex movement patterns, and is designed for healthy, active individuals with previous Pilates or other movement experience.
