Pilates elder Lolita San Miguel presents this Intermediate/Advanced mat workout. Begins with a long and gentle warmup (25 mins) and progresses into the 50 minute workout, followed by a 5 minute cool down. This workout is challenging for intermediate and advanced practitioners. Props used: mat.
