Telescoping Toe Bar allows you to access a number of traditional and evolved Pilates exercises on your Total Gym. It is usually used in conjunction with the Deluxe Slide Distance Regulator to regulate the travel of the glideboard. Telescoping Toe Bar facilitates many beginning, intermediate, and advanced Pilates exercises. It locks onto the Folding Platform at the base of the Total Gym frame and can telescope to three different height.
