The Flex Walking Bars (Patent Pending) are 16" long round flexible bars weighing just 1 pound. A bar is gripped gently in each hand at various positions along the bar’s length permitting a variety of hand/arm movements performed in rhythm with the movement of one’s feet to tone and condition a variety of muscle groups and enhance the cardiovascular benefits of walking.
