Storage and Portability

• Sets up in 60 seconds. Just raise the footbar, insert risers and shoulder rests, and pull the ropes through the pulleys.
• Folds flat. Remove risers and shoulder rests, and store in specially designed slots in the frame.
• Stacks or stores on end for convenient storage. Stack it on the floor, use our convenient cart to move the equipment into storage, or store it on end. 
• Rolls into place. A person of moderate strength can easily move the machine.

Springs

• Accurate springs ensure users can consistently repeat movements. Exclusively offered by Balanced Body, these are the longest lasting springs available. Five-spring resistance system allows up to 46 resistances. Package of five springs: 1 yellow (very light), 1 blue (light), 3 red (medium).
