Founded in Hong Kong in 1997, Oasis Fitness was initially established as a professional service and maintenance provider for residential clubhouses, commercial gyms, hotel/resorts and golf and country clubs.

In early 2001, the company expanded its portfolio establishing a trading company primarily in the area(s) relating to fitness (fitness; sauna and steam equipment; recreation products; and related fitness accessories) to support its growing client base.

In 2003, it broadened its services in developing an educational section offering a variety of training/workshops primarily for personal trainers and physiotherapists. Later in the same year it became the exclusive distributor of leading pilates manufacturer, Balanced Body.

In 2005, Oasis Fitness again took a bold step in developing a permanent training studio for personal and group exercise trainers, physiotherapists and health education providers. The studio has become the main site in hosting Asia-Pacific and International training events for leading manufacturers and overseas presenters.
