The GRAVITYPost-rehab program trains high-level certified personal trainers, PT aides, and Physical Therapists to recognize when a client needs special attention that may alter the method of the conditioning program due to previous treatment, unresolved pain or functional limitations. The course provides specific examples of conditioning options for the shoulder, knee, and spine.
